Your incentives just got better with a new feature that allows new members to expedite their rewards! They can receive points back on their first order, accelerate their rewards percentage, and get the free Product of the Month.

How It Works

  • As new customers place their first order, introduce them to the monthly subscription option. This button transforms their first order into a loyalty order, which helps them expedite their rewards, sets them up to receive their favorite products monthly, and can qualify them for the Product of the Month!
  • The items in their cart will be color-coded so they stay organized:
    • Yellow: free and promotional items
    • Purple: fees
    • Blue: points redeemed for products
  • Once they place their order, they’ll show up in your Back Office Power of 3 full or filtered detail view as a new green icon labeled “LRP in Enrollment Month.”
    • These new members don’t count toward the qualifying LRP requirement for your Power of 3 bonus in their first month.
    • They remain as a green icon for the duration of their enrollment month, then they change to either a blue (qualified LRP template) or purple (qualified) icon, depending on if they have a loyalty order set up and when it runs.
