Uses

• Take one capsule daily with water before a meal. Avoid taking with high-temperature foods or beverages (above body temperature).
• It’s common and completely normal to experience temporary changes in your digestive system or your stool when taking this product. These reactions show doTERRA PB Restore is active and your body is adapting to it. Most discomfort you may feel will resolve within the first couple weeks.
