dōTERRA Israel Diamond Club: Sponsors

A Sponsor is a Wellness Advocate who partners with doTERRA to help participants be successful in Diamond Club and contribute financially to the monthly bonus. Each participant can have up to three Sponsors, but at least one is needed to participate. In addition to financial contribution, the Sponsor also recognises his or her role in helping a participant throughout the program. Sponsors play an essential role in the leadership duplication cycle. They take responsibility for teaching leadership skills, developing action plans, and guiding the participant to be successful. This support may include scheduled accountability calls, support with class preparations, class follow-up, attending classes when possible, helping with scheduling, and any other necessary support to ensure the participant’s success in the program.

Benefits of Sponsoring

Wellness Advocates who sponsor Leaders in Diamond Club partner with doTERRA to help develop Leaders on the Sponsor’s team and encourage enrolments and rank advancement. Sponsors see increased Fast-Start when team members participate, as well as long-term growth in Unilevel commissions.

Diamond Club participants who Sponsor team members in the Diamond Club round immediately following the round in which they personally participated, will be eligible to receive 50 product points for every participant (from their team) that they sponsor. They will also receive an additional 200 product points for every participant on their team who graduates. Participants can earn a maximum of 1,000 points.

Qualifications to Sponsor

Any Wellness Advocate who is willing to help financially support, train, and mentor a downline participants is eligible to be a sponsor. All sponsors must formally accept the sponsorship agreement in order to be a sponsor. Sponsors must be in the participant's upline.
