Wild Orange Power Bites

Need a quick pick-me-up? Amy Huntly from the Idea Room shares her delicious doTERRA Wild Orange power bites recipe. Perfect for an on-the-go snack, extra support throughout your day, or right before a workout, these quick and tasty bites will soon become a staple in your house.

Ingredients:

1 cup coconut, finely shredded and divided
1 cup almond butter
1 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup raw honey
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons chia seeds
3 drops wild orange essential oil

Instructions:

  1. Place all the ingredients in a mixer, except a half cup of shredded coconut. Mix until well combined.
  2. Roll the mixture into one-inch balls and coat in the half cup of shredded coconut.
  3. Place on parchment paper lining a baking sheet or in a storage container, and then store in the refrigerator.

Store the power bites in the refrigerator for up to a week. Amy suggests grabbing one or two before a workout or whenever you could use a bite.
