doTERRA Rewards Terms and Conditions
- Monthly Rewards orders must be 50 PV or more to receive Rewards points, advance in Rewards point percentages, and receive discounted shipping rates.
- Order dates can be set for the 1–28 of the month and can be edited until 11:59 p.m. MT on the night before your monthly order date.
- The number of points you can earn from a single order is limitless.
- Rewards points may only be redeemed on full priced products with PV.
- Products redeemed with Rewards points have no PV and may not be resold.
- A $3.00 redemption fee is applied every time you use points on an order.
- If you cancel your monthly Rewards order entirely, you forfeit any unused Rewards points and your progress toward VIP status.
- Rewards points have no cash redemption value and are nontransferable.
- To maintain your progress toward VIP, you need to place a subscription order of at least 1 PV per month.

You can even have certain products (like VMG+™ and EO Mega+®) come monthly, while others are only in one monthly order—all so you can tailor your doTERRA Rewards experience to exactly what you want!
To access your monthly Rewards order planner:
- Log into doterra.com.
- Hover over your account profile and select “My Rewards Orders” from the dropdown menu. Your current monthly order(s) will be shown here.
- If you don’t see this option, you’ll need to create your first Rewards order.
- To edit your order, click “Manage.”
- You can edit the dates, products, and product frequencies.
- To create an order for next month, scroll to the bottom and select “Add a Month.”
Remember, you can create Rewards orders up to three months ahead!
The new Monthly Rewards Order planner will be available soon. Look for an email with a release date and additional info.
Note: Wellness Advocates will get access to the new Monthly Rewards order planner first so they can help customers with their subscription planners. Wholesale Customer access will follow shortly in early 2025.
