The doTERRA chief field officers are the voice of the field for doTERRA, strengthening our collective culture. They collaborate closely with both Wellness Advocates and corporate employees to ensure clear communication, goal alignment, and continuous improvement within the company. Their objectives include enhancing communication and education for the field, providing valuable insights to improve customer and leader experiences, and setting achievable goals for ongoing progress.
A chief field officer serves a six-month term, with two serving at a time. For July–December 2024, our chief field officers are Justin Harrison and Jessica Moultrie. They exemplify exceptional doTERRA leadership and have extensive knowledge about the company.
Eric has worked in the direct sales industry since 1988 and has done business in over 50 international markets. Prior to becoming a doTERRA Wellness Advocate, Eric was the CEO of a large global company. He is passionate about doTERRA's ability to improve people's lives. While it is evident that he strives for professional success, Eric considers himself most successful when he accomplishes his goal of being a good husband to his wife and a dedicated father to his three children.
Kyle and Kierston’s journey with doTERRA began after they attended a class while seeking natural solutions for their children’s health. What started as a simple hobby became a lifeline when Kyle’s business hit hard times, and doTERRA gave them the opportunity and hope they needed. Encouraged by a friend’s invitation, they embraced the path with faith and courage, eventually finding her purpose in serving others, authoring books, and speaking alongside leaders like John C. Maxwell. Today, Kyle and Kierston are dedicated to leaving a legacy of faith, service, and empowerment.
