PB and J Smoothie ½ cup almond or cashew milk 2 scoops doTERRA Greens ½ cup strawberries, frozen 1 banana, frozen ½ cup raspberries 1 tablespoon peanut butter 1 drop Lemon essential oil
This recipe yields approximately two smoothie servings (8 ounces per serving). For those who prefer a larger smoothie size for one serving, the recipe and amount of greens can be adjusted accordingly.
