Understanding the Loyalty Rewards Program

doTERRA offers fantastic compensation plans to meet a wide range of goals. The Loyalty Rewards Program (LRP) is a great way to capitalize on these compensation plans.

What’s LRP?

LRP rewards you with points for monthly purchases placed through the program. As an LRP member, you receive points on qualifying orders and can use them to buy doTERRA products. The longer you’re a member, the more points you can earn—up to 30% of your total monthly loyalty orders!

LRP Terms and Conditions

  • To maintain your LRP status, you need to order at least 1 PV per month.
  • Your order date can be set to ship between the first and twenty-eighth of the month and can be edited until 11:59 p.m. MT on the night before your monthly ship date.
  • LRP points can only be earned on orders of at least 50 PV.
  • There’s no limit to how many points you can receive from a single order.
  • Points can only be redeemed on full PV products.
  • Points redemption orders have no PV.
  • A $3.00 redemption will be applied every time you use points on an order.
  • If you cancel your LRP membership, you’ll lose your points and points-back percentages.
  • Points have no cash redemption value and are nontransferable.
  • Products purchased with points aren’t for resale.

LRP Troubleshooting

If you didn’t receive a loyalty order you were expecting, it may be because:

  • The run date is set to a date in the future.
  • The batch number may be incorrect or may not match the run date.
  • There are one or more items on backorder.
  • There are one or more items that have out-of-date or bad SKUs.
  • The template was already generated that month.
  • Your credit card was declined.
  • You edited your batch date to the current day or created your loyalty order the day of your ship date, meaning your order won’t ship until the next month.

Shipping Rewards Program

Because of the shipping update on March 1, 2024, the Shipping Rewards Program (SRP) has been discontinued.

Active SRP points will remain on your account until they expire one year after they were awarded.
