Convention kits will be available for purchase after the first General Session on September 19. Convention kits will be available online and in person. Those attending convention in person can buy up to two kits in person and two online. Virtual attendees can buy up to two kits online. Convention kit purchases are limited by doTERRA account and not by attendee. Each in-person convention kit purchase will include an exclusive 10 mL essential oil blend: Reclaim.
During registration, you can let us know about any ADA needs. ADA-designated entrances will be provided. Entrances will open approximately 10 minutes before the doors regularly open for each General Session. ADA seating will be marked and available for you and one guest. You might not receive the same reserved seat for each General Session, so don’t leave belongings at the seats. If you have any questions or concerns about your convention experience, reach out to convention@doterra.com before the event.
Can I rent a mobility device (wheelchair, scooter, walkers, and so on) during the week of convention?
Yes. You can rent those through Red Rock Medical Supply by calling +1 (801) 886-9700.
Each General Session will be translated into the following languages:
Virtual viewers will receive the same translation options.
*If the minimum threshold is met, these languages will be provided.
During registration, you have the opportunity to add a $10 or more donation to the doTERRA Healing Hands Foundation. Help empower people and communities worldwide to be healthy, safe, and self-reliant by donating. All ticket holders are invited to donate to this cause. See solicitation disclaimers (Donation Disclosure | doTERRA Healing Hands).
The Move for a Cause—Yoga add-on to your convention ticket will admit you to the group fitness morning activity on Saturday, September 21, at 6:30 a.m. The proceeds will go to the doTERRA Healing Hands Foundation convention cause. More details are coming soon!
You can add on a Campus Tour Bus Transportation ticket when you purchase your In-Person Experience ticket or later via your RainFocus attendee portal. If you need help modifying your registration, reach out to convention@doterra.com or call Member Services.
This year, the tour includes an essential oil gift!

Arrive at the pickup station at least 15 minutes before your departure time. You’re welcome to return to the event on any bus coming back. The last bus will leave doTERRA campus at 5:00 p.m. MT.

What is the symposium?
Led by renowned experts and field professionals, the Essential Oil Symposium offers unparalleled education you can't find elsewhere. Invest just one day, and you’ll gain a lifetime of benefits:
When is the symposium?
The symposium is Wednesday, September 18, from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m.
How can I attend the symposium?
Will the symposium be available to virtual attendees?
No, the symposium is only available in person and won’t be broadcast to virtual attendees.
Hotel and flight accommodations aren’t included in the price of your convention ticket. All accommodations are your responsibility.
Likewise, any travel cancellation fees aren’t the responsibility of doTERRA.
If you booked your room through Orchid—our official partner for the event—you can make any changes by clicking here.
You can only book one room per name. Any additional rooms booked under the same name will be canceled immediately without warning.
We require you to abide by the occupancy allotment per room. Over-occupying the room won’t be allowed. If you’re caught violating these rules, you’ll be liable for additional fees imposed by the hotel.
Below is the general hotel cancellation policy. Cancellation policies may differ by hotel, so verify your specific hotel’s policy on your reservation acknowledgment.
Credit card information on file will be billed the applicable cancellation fees. No exceptions or refunds will be granted.
If you have any questions about reservations, call Orchid Events at +1 (866) 748-9563 or email them at doTERRA@orchid.events.
How many rooms can I book?
doTERRA has negotiated a limited number of discounted hotel rates. Hotel rooms fill quickly and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Therefore, attendees are only allowed to reserve up to one room under their name. Any additional rooms booked under the same name will be canceled immediately without warning.
When will my credit card be charged
Your hotel will charge a nonrefundable deposit (two nights’ room and tax) on or after August 20, 2024.
What should I do if I need to make changes to my reservation?
If you need to make changes, reach out to Orchid Events directly by calling them at +1 (866) 748-9563 or emailing them at doterra@orchid.events. You can also access your reservation here and then select “Manage Existing Reservation.” Be sure to have your acknowledgement number ready.
What happens if I don’t arrive on my scheduled check-in date?
If you don’t arrive on your scheduled check-in date, the hotel will cancel your entire reservation.
Is it better to call or book online?
Book online. The website is faster and more accurately reflects inventory than the Call Center.
What should I do if I see the “Waiting Room” screen?
If you see the “Waiting Room” screen, don’t panic. This feature has been added to help steady traffic flow into the website and maximize its speed. Don’t refresh your screen or hit the back button.
I’m not sure if I’ll be in Salt Lake City on Saturday or Sunday. Should I still book a room just in case?
Don’t book a Saturday or Sunday room unless you’re certain you’ll need it. There are fewer rooms on these nights, so there’s a chance you’d be waitlisted. You can always contact Orchid Events later to add Saturday or Sunday when your plans solidify.
Can I add guests to my reservation later?
Yes. In fact, we recommend selecting “one guest” when you see the “Make a Reservation” screen to speed up the reservation process, then add other guests to the reservation later.
How can I contact Orchid Events with questions?
Reach out to Orchid Events at doterra@orchid.events or call +1 (866) 748-9563.
Can I book in the doTERRA room block by calling hotels directly?
No. Reservations for the hotel block will only be accepted online via Orchid Events. Please don’t contact any of the hotels directly.
Entry is permitted to all convention events with the event lanyard, which will be provided at registration. Please always keep the lanyard with you!
In-Person Attendees can join the thrilling Play & Win challenge to earn points and claim amazing rewards. Learn more about how to maximize your points and boost your chances of Winning.
The gala will be held in the Delta Center (formerly known as the Vivint Arena) again this year. The dress code for those being recognized is black tie.
Is there a ticket option to just attend the Recognition Gala?
Access to the gala and concert is included with the In-Person Experience ticket. There’s no option for just a gala ticket. The recommended dress code is formal—cocktail attire!

If you feel you’ll need flexibility to best fit your situation, we strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance when planning your trip.
All are welcome to attend Reclaim | doTERRA Convention 2024 in person. Both in-person and virtual translations will include Spanish, Chinese, Japanese, French, Portuguese, American Sign Language, and English closed captioning.
Children under age 14 won’t be permitted unless express written consent is given by doTERRA. If consent is given, a separate ticket for the child will need to be purchased. The only exception is nursing babies.
A family lounge and separate mother’s room will be provided to tend to babies while General Sessions are in progress. A live feed of the session will be broadcast in the room.
We kindly request that if you do receive an exception to bring a child you respect the atmosphere of learning we’ve worked hard to create for all attendees. If your small child needs a break, please take advantage of the provided lounges. Please don't use the back or sides of the General or Breakout Session spaces so other attendees are allowed a quiet environment free of distractions.
To expedite entry and reduce screening touchpoints, we recommend bringing very little with you into the arena.
You’re permitted to bring a small bag or your convention backpack. Every bag will be screened by hand, so the less you bring, the faster the lines into the venue will go.
We’re committed to creating a safe, respectful, and efficient experience. The following items are prohibited at all events*:
