Room reservations on the doTERRA convention hotel block are now open! All suggested hotels are within walking distance of the event so you can stay close to the action. Choose from a variety of local options to find the place that meets your price range and needs.
Here are a few tips to help your booking process run smoothly:
doTERRA has negotiated a limited number of discounted hotel rooms for attendees. These rooms fill quickly and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Participating hotels strictly enforce the follow occupancy requirements:
If a room includes a sofa sleeper, one additional guest is allowed.
Attendees are expected to honor doTERRA policies. Stuffing rooms beyond the occupancy restrictions listed above is strictly prohibited by doTERRA and participating hotels. It violates fire codes, puts an undue burden on hotel staff, and significantly impacts our relationships with participating hotels. Should you be caught with unauthorized individuals staying in your room, you’ll be liable for additional fees imposed by the hotel.
When booking your hotel room, you must provide a valid credit card number to guarantee payment. You won’t be charged at booking time, but the hotel will charge a nonrefundable deposit (two nights’ room and tax) on or after August 20. If your credit card declines the deposit, the hotel has the right to cancel your entire reservation.
If you don’t arrive on your scheduled check-in date, the hotel will cancel your entire reservation.
To modify or cancel your hotel reservation, click here. You can also send change or cancellation requests in writing to Orchid Events by emailing doterra@orchid.events.
Below is the general hotel cancellation policy. However, cancellation policies may differ by hotel, so verify your specific hotel’s policy on your reservation acknowledgment.
Credit card information on file will be billed the applicable cancellation fees. No exceptions or refunds will be granted.

While doTERRA doesn’t currently have deals with any airlines, there are cost-friendly flight options available.
Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC) will be the most convenient airport. It’s a 15-minute drive from the downtown city center. A TRAX light rail service also travels from the airport into downtown Salt Lake City, with many stops near hotels in the doTERRA block. Learn more here.
New direct routes have also been added to the Provo Airport (PVU), which is a 45-minute drive to Salt Lake City. Allegiant Air, Breeze Airways, and American Airlines have recently added many low-cost options for flying into the area. There are flights running weekly to Provo from 12 US airports: Santa Ana, Mesa, San Francisco, Phoenix, Austin, Chicago, Portland, Nashville, San Diego, Houston, Las Vegas, and Orlando. Find out more about the options here.
How many rooms can I book?
doTERRA has negotiated a limited number of discounted hotel rooms for attendees. These rooms fill quickly and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Therefore, attendees are only allowed to reserve one room under their name. Any additional rooms booked under the same name will be canceled immediately without warning.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your hotel will charge a nonrefundable deposit (two nights’ room and tax) on or after August 20, 2024.
What should I do if I need to make changes to my reservation?
If you need to make changes, reach out to Orchid Events directly by calling them at +1 (866) 748-9563 or emailing them at doterra@orchid.events. You can also access your reservation by clicking here and then selecting “Manage Existing Reservation.” Be sure to have your acknowledgement number ready.
What happens if I don’t arrive on my scheduled check-in date?
If you don’t arrive on your scheduled check-in date, the hotel will cancel your entire reservation.
Is it better to call or book online?
Book online. The website is faster and more accurately reflects inventory than the Call Center.
What should I do if I see the “Waiting Room” screen?
If you see the “Waiting Room” Screen, don’t panic. This feature has been added to help steady traffic flow into the website and maximize its speed. Don’t refresh your screen or hit the back button.
I’m not sure if I’ll be in Salt Lake City on Saturday or Sunday. Should I still book a room just in case?
Don’t book a Saturday or Sunday room unless you’re certain you’ll need it. There are fewer rooms on these nights, so there’s a chance you’d be waitlisted. You can always contact Orchid Events later to add Saturday or Sunday when your plans solidify.
Can I add guests to my reservation later?
Yes. In fact, we recommend selecting “one guest” when you see the “Make a Reservation” screen to speed up the reservation process, then add other guests to the reservation later.
How do I contact Orchid Events with questions?
Reach out to Orchid Events at doterra@orchid.events or call +1 (866) 748-9563.
Can I book a hotel block room by calling the hotel directly?
No. Reservations for the hotel block will only be accepted online via Orchid Events. Please don’t contact any of the hotels directly.
