doTERRA Rewards Terms and Conditions

• Subscription orders must be 50 PV or more to receive reward points, advance in reward point percentages, and receive discounted shipping rates.
• Order dates can be set for the 1–28 of the month and can be edited until 11:59 p.m. MT on the night before your monthly order date.
• The number of points you can earn from a single order is limitless.
• Reward points may only be redeemed on full priced products with PV.
• Products redeemed with reward points have no PV.
• A $3.00 redemption fee is applied every time you use points on an order.
• If you cancel your subscription entirely, you forfeit any unused reward points and your progress toward VIP status.
• Reward points have no cash redemption value and are nontransferable.
• Products purchased with points aren’t for resale.
• To maintain your progress toward VIP, you need to place a subscription order of at least 1 PV per month.

Did you know you can plan your subscription orders for the next three months? We know life gets busy, so we’ve made it even easier to plan out your next three months of orders, then you can sit back as your products come right to you!

You can even have certain products (like VMG+ and EO Mega+) come monthly, while others are only in one subscription order—all so you can tailor your doTERRA Rewards experience to exactly what you want!

To access your subscription planner:

1. Log into doterra.com.
2. Hover over your account profile and select “My Subscriptions” from the dropdown menu. Your current subscription order(s) will be shown here.
   1. If you don’t see this option, you’ll need to create your first subscription order.
3. To edit your order, click “Manage.”
   1. You can edit the dates, products, and product frequencies.
4. To create an order for next month, scroll to the bottom and select “Add a Month.”

Remember, you can create subscription orders up to three months ahead!

The new subscription planner will be available soon. Look for an email with a release date and additional info.

Note: Wellness Advocates will get access to the subscription planner first so they can help customers with their subscription planners. Wholesale Customer access will follow shortly in early 2025.
