Episode 83: New Products! PURSUE 2020

This week, we are thrilled to be able to provide you with all of the best highlights from this week's 2020 PURSUE Connection. Every year, doTERRA hosts its annual Convention. It's a great opportunity for its customers and anyone who is interested in essential oils to learn more about how to use essential oils, hear from leaders in the community, and join thousands of likeminded people who are passionate and motivated to make a difference. This year is particularly unique because PURSUE 2020 is being held completely online, which means that even more people are signed up to take part in this incredible week.

By far, the biggest event of the first day of PURSUE 2020 was the announcement of new products. People wait all year long for these announcements, and 2020 did not disappoint. Saramarie Smith, general manager for the United States, and Bekah Nixon, general manager for Canada, kicked it off strong by announcing the new Wellness Subscription Program.

Saramarie Smith: We've been listening to you. We've created a straightforward way for you to use doTERRA products every day to get the specific results you've been wanting.

Bekah Nixon: So starting today, wellness is the same.

Next up, Saramarie went into more detail about a product that we know everyone will love. And despite the name, it really is a single oil, not a blend. It's a member of the mint family that brings with it a slightly citrus aroma. Bekah: So here's some tips on how you can use Bergamot Mint. Now, similar to Lavender, it's perfect for diffusing after a long day or at bedtime or any time really that you're wanting to unwind. doTERRA: Next, we got to hear from doTERRA founding executive Emily Wright as she revealed three exciting new products.

First, she introduced Davana Touch, a beautiful floral oil that is only available as part of the PURSUE 2020 Connection Kit.

Emily Wright: It's no wonder that this gorgeous oil is revered by perfumists around the globe. Although Davana may smell the same to all of us inside the bottle, once it touches the skin, everything changes. Davana responds to our unique chemistry and alters her fragrance once applied to the skin to create a personalized perfume. She plays with our body's chemistry to create her own intoxicating aroma.

doTERRA: To follow up the exciting announcement of Davana Touch, Emily Wright let the audience know about another never before produced oil: Tulsi or Holy Basil, a delicious herb oil that is certain to become a household staple. Emily: Now let's focus on what I love most about Tulsi. Holy Basil is a natural adaptogen. This means it has the ability to help your body adapt to stress and thereby strengthens your immune system and increases your endurance in the process. Holy Basil will give you more patience and help you adapt to an ever-changing environment.
