The Loyalty Rewards Program (LRP) is an optional, monthly auto-shipment that enables Wellness Advocates and Wholesale Customers to qualify for rewards. Jessica G. from Wisconsin says she loves being on the LRP because “I can pick and choose what I need and earn free products!”
There are several ways to sign up for the LRP. You can sign up online by following the five simple steps below, contacting your upline and have them help you, or contacting our Member Services team at 1-801-437-7993. You can also contact member services by using the chat feature.

Loyalty Rewards Program
- Once you are logged in on doterra.com click the “Create New Loyalty Order” button.
- Choose a processing date before the 15th to help you qualify for the FREE Product of the Month and then click “Save Date and Shop”.
- Go shopping! Add all the items you’d like on your next order into your bag.
- When you’re done shopping, click the bag icon at the top of the screen and select “Review Loyalty Order” to review the details including products, shipping, and credit card information.
- If all the details for your order look right, click “Save and Process on (date)”.
