A: There is a limit of two per kit per customer.
Q: If these kits are available as enrollment kits, can I still buy them if I'm already a member?
A: Yes! Both the Respond and Protect enrollment kits an be purchased by both new members and existing members.
Q: If I want to enroll with the purchase of one of these kits, do I still have to pay the $35 enrollment fee?
A: No, the enrollment fee is waived in your purchase of a Protect or Respond kit.
Q: In which markets are these kits available?
A: Currently, the respond kit is available to the US, NFR, and GAC. The protect kit, however, is available to the US and Canada NFR only.
