2 cups frozen raspberries
⅔ cup light coconut milk
1 large frozen banana
2–3 drops Lime oil
1 tablespoon chia seeds
Shredded coconut
Shaved dark chocolate
For desired consistency, add more frozen fruit if too thin, or more water or coconut milk if too thick.
For a nutritional boost, add a handful of spinach or other leafy greens to this mixture before blending.
