The Reward Bonus

If you’re already qualifying for Power of 3, you’re halfway to your Boost Your Business bonus! The second half is increasing dōTERRA Rewards growth for members that you have personally enrolled in the last 12 months. This is otherwise known as Personal Growth Volume (PGV).

For a customer to qualify toward your Personal Growth Volume they need to:

• Have been enrolled by you in the last 12 months
• Be outside of their enrollment month
• Place a dōTERRA Rewards order (LRP) of any PV during the month

As you qualify for Power of 3, and meet Personal Growth Volume requirements, you earn additional cash on top of your Power of 3 bonus!

How it Works

1. Earn your R800, R4000 Power of 3 bonus by meeting current requirements:

• Personal 100 PV dōTERRA Rewards order (LRP).
• Three personally sponsored members with 100 PV dōTERRA Rewards orders (LRP).
• A total of 600 team volume in orders between you and those on your front line.

2. Meet Personal Growth Volume:

• 400 Personal Growth Volume: earn an extra R500

• 800 Personal Growth Volume: earn an additional R4000 for level 2 Earners

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Personal Growth Volume?
Personal Growth Volume (PGV) includes all Loyalty Rewards volume (LRP) in the current month from personally enrolled members who enrolled during the previous 12 months.

Do enrollment orders count toward Personal Growth Volume?
No, enrollment orders do not count. Only Loyalty Rewards orders (LRP) placed after the members enrollment month are included.

If I am not currently qualified for my Power of 3 bonus, can I still qualify?
Yes! Regardless of whether you are currently qualified for this bonus, if you build out your Power of 3 bonus structure, you can be eligible to qualify for the boost bonus.

Is there a minimum PV for Loyalty Rewards orders to count towards Personal Growth Volume?
No. All dōTERRA Loyalty Rewards orders placed in the current month—regardless of PV amount—from members you personally enrolled within the last 12 months will count toward your Personal Growth Volume (PGV).

How will I know if I have qualified?
Your Virtual Office will display your current Personal Growth Volume and Power of 3 qualification status. If you meet both requirements, you will qualify. To view your Personal Growth Volume, hover over “Quick Reports” and select Personal Growth Volume (PGV).

What if I qualify for the Level 1 R800 Power of 3 bonus but have 800 in Personal Growth Volume?
You will receive the R500 boost in addition to your base level 1- R800 Power of 3 Bonus. To qualify for the R4000 Boost, you will first need to qualify for your base level 2 – R4000 Power of 3 Bonus and have 800 or more in Personal Growth Volume.
