doTERRA has a long-standing policy and culture of “growing where you were planted.” Under the doTERRA Policy Manual, you can’t change to another enroller or team unless you’ve been inactive from doTERRA for at least six months if you’re a Premier and below or a year if you’re a Silver and above (see Section 9:E). For additional clarification on this, please contact the Compliance department.

Attempting or encouraging a Wellness Advocate or Wholesale Customer to leave his or her team and join your team is prohibited under the doTERRA Policy Manual (see Section 9G).
