Kirk Jowers

Chief Executive Officer

Kirk Jowers joined doTERRA in 2015, where he was instrumental in guiding the company’s expansion and success across Europe, Middle East, and Africa, serving on the company’s executive committee, and leading the company’s international, public, corporate, and government relations. He then held the position of President of doTERRA’s North America markets, where he spearheaded numerous initiatives and achieved significant milestones.

Prior to working with doTERRA, Kirk served as chief advisor to the University of Utah’s Office of Global Engagement, director of federal relations, co-director of the Middle East Institute, and director of the Hinckley Institute of Politics. He also has served on more than 25 boards and committees, including as a founder of Count My Vote and Real Women Run, Chairman and General Counsel of Mitt Romney’s Commonwealth PACs, and a member of Utah Governor Herbert’s Advisory Team. As a partner in the Washington, DC law firm of Caplin & Drysdale, Kirk provided legal and political advice to political parties, more than 30 congressional and gubernatorial candidates, Fortune 500 corporations, non-profit organizations, and five presidential campaigns.

As doTERRA’s first non-founder CEO, Kirk puts his whole heart into building on the foundation that the founders have laid and continuing doTERRA’s world changing vision, mission, and purpose.

A noted lecturer, commentator, and author, Kirk is a University of Utah and Harvard Law School graduate. Kirk enjoys spending time with his wife Kristen and their five children.


Murray Smith

President

Since joining doTERRA in 2014, Murray has worked in several key roles, including Vice President of Europe, President of EMEA, and Executive Vice President of International. He and his wife Heidi lived in Salzburg, Austria and Munich, Germany for doTERRA, where for a combined 5 years, Murray focused on developing strong teams in the younger markets.

Prior to doTERRA, he held key leadership positions at several companies that always focused on people and achieving success. His significant depth of knowledge across multiple functions has elevated his focus in helping doTERRA accomplish its objective of Tripling its Impact by 2030.

In his current role as President of doTERRA, Murray enjoys engaging with doTERRA markets all around the world to help and support their success. His strategic approach to partnering closely with Wellness Advocates has been instrumental in fostering growth across doTERRA markets.

He graduated from Brigham Young University with an MBA. Murray loves spending time with his wife Heidi, their 4 kids, and 6 grandchildren.


Drew Wolfert

Chief Financial Officer

In 2008, Drew Wolfert was hired as the fourth employee of doTERRA. He began answering customer calls, filling essential oil bottles, and performing ad-hoc financial analysis, but eventually transitioned into the Finance department preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. After receiving his bachelor's and master's degrees in accounting from Brigham Young University, Drew accepted a position in New York City with PwC, a global network of firms delivering world-class assurance, tax, and consulting services.

Drew, while at PwC, worked with many Fortune 100 companies, building various financial models to improve profitability. In 2016, Drew was invited back to Utah to serve as doTERRA's Corporate Treasurer. Other roles have included managing Corporate Development and Strategy and serving as General Manager of Europe Central. Today, Drew serves as doTERRA's CFO and is responsible for all financial functions for the world's largest essential oil company.


Shannon Bible

Chief Experience Officer and Executive Vice President of North America

Shannon has been with doTERRA since 2013 and brought with her over a decade of experience in direct sales, marketing, events, and recognition management. Since joining doTERRA, she has helped develop the recognition and leadership services strategies, initiatives, and processes to help support business, events, and leadership growth. She was appointed to doTERRA's Executive Council in 2022 to lead and establish the company's Customer Experience initiative. In this role, Shannon has loved working with doTERRA’s internal teams as well as field Leaders to find solutions and continue to improve programs, processes, and experiences.

In 2024, Shannon was promoted to Chief Experience Officer and Executive Vice President of the North America market. She is passionate about providing outstanding leadership support and an innovative customer experience in all aspects of the business. In this expanded role, Shannon is thrilled to be partnering with the doTERRA Leadership Team as well as the Chief Field Officers to lead and grow doTERRA’s North America market.

Shannon graduated with Honors from Brigham Young University with degrees in English and Business Management. She lives in Utah and loves planning adventures with her husband and three lively children.


Isaac Wilson

Executive Vice President of Strategy

Isaac joined doTERRA in 2014 and has worked in various roles for the company, including Assistant Treasurer, Director of Corporate Development, Managing Director of doTERRA Europe, and Vice President of Europe & Africa. In his current role, Isaac leads doTERRA’s Europe and African dedicated teams as they support their leaders and build two key doTERRA markets for the future. He is passionate about helping leaders succeed and growing doTERRA’s impact in Europe, Africa, and around the world. He is grateful to be a part of an organization that provides so much purpose, enjoyment, and many great relationships with people all over the world.

Isaac received bachelor's and master's degrees in accountancy from Brigham Young University and was licensed as a certificate public accountant in the United States. He currently lives in Mapleton, Utah with his wife Rachel and their four daughters.


Mark Wolfert Jr.

Chief of Staff to the CEO

Mark Wolfert Jr. is the chief of staff to CEO Corey Lindley. In his role, Mark directs and oversees doTERRA strategy, which includes a relentless focus on implementing the vision of the Founding Executives and key strategic initiatives throughout the company. Since joining doTERRA in 2018, Mark has served as the director of corporate development and the FP&A team. He focused on creating a vertically integrated sustainable supply chain, ensuring doTERRA has the purest, most efficacious essential oils in the world.

Prior to working for doTERRA, Mark was a public accountant for Deloitte, located in the San Francisco Bay Area. Mark received both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting from Brigham Young University. Essential oils, health, and exercise are daily elements of Mark’s life, and he’s excited to be part of the continual growth of doTERRA. Mark enjoys golfing, riding his peloton, and being a dad to his daughter.


Dr. Russell Osguthorpe

Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Russell Osguthorpe currently serves as the chief medical officer of doTERRA. He’s establishing a virtual healthcare delivery platform that’s focused on wellness and prevention through integrative, evidence-based medical practices. His work at doTERRA also revolves around directing research on the use of essential oils in healthcare settings.

Dr. Osguthorpe received his medical degree from McGill University School of Medicine, completed his residency at the Children’s Hospital in Denver, and pediatric infectious diseases fellowship at Washington University School of Medicine. He’s currently a faculty member at the University of Utah in the Department of Pediatrics.

He and his wife, Mary, have five children and one beautiful granddaughter.


Dave Doxey

General Council

David Doxey is doTERRA’s General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Since joining doTERRA, in 2011, David has had broad responsibilities over all legal matters, including the legal work to open many of the company’s markets. His attention now focuses on management, major business initiatives, tax and corporate structuring, litigation, corporate governance, and essential oil sourcing.

Prior to joining doTERRA, David practiced law in both public and private sectors and represented governmental agencies, private companies, and individuals in complex litigation, transactional, and administrative matters. He tried over fifty jury trials to verdict.

David received a Bachelor of Arts from Brigham Young University in Economics and his Juris Doctor from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University. He is married to Leslie Bertoch and his greatest enjoyment is being with Leslie and their four children and grandchildren.


Misty Bond

Vice President of Corporate Relations and Philanthropy

Misty Bond is the Vice President of Corporate Relations & Philanthropy at doTERRA, working to bring doTERRA’s life-changing mission and co-impact initiatives to life. Misty began her career working for USANA Health Sciences, producing segments on The Dr. Oz Show. She then took a position with Owlet Baby Care, supporting babies' wellbeing, helping parents gain peace of mind, and fundraising to provide free or reduced-cost baby monitors to those in need. She most recently worked for Purple Innovations, where she began a sleep advisory council to educate families about the importance of sleep and helped fundraise tens of thousands of dollars for Precious Dreams, a nonprofit organization that provides children in foster care and homeless shelters with sleep and mental health support.

She is grateful for the millions of doTERRA Wellness Advocates who are passionate about supporting the underserved communities in which doTERRA sources its essential oils through the doTERRA Healing Hands Foundation. She enjoys telling the impactful stories of leaders who are shaping the company and helping the world heal.

In her spare time, Misty serves on boards and supports service projects throughout the community.


Chris Farnsworth

Vice President of Human Resources

As Senior Vice President of Human Resources (HR) for doTERRA, Chris Farnsworth oversees the human resources department in service of doTERRA’s 4,000 global employees and partners with the CEO in driving the company’s organizational and talent strategy.

Prior to joining doTERRA, Chris was an HR Director with Procter and Gamble with assignments in Cincinnati, Ohio, and Sacramento, California. Chris earned an MBA from BYU’s Marriot School of Business with an emphasis in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources (OBHR). While in school, he was recognized as a Hawes Scholar for his academic achievements and leadership. Prior to Business School, Chris spent three years as a Licensed Investment Broker for Fidelity Investments in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with his family (wife Brooke and six – yes six! – daughters), enjoying the great outdoors, playing the guitar, and cheering on his beloved Utah Jazz.


Jared Auger

Executive Vice President of Education

With two decades of industry experience, Jared Auger’s commitment to empowering and serving others has played a key role in his professional journey and has magnified his efforts to help establish doTERRA as the world’s largest essential oil company.

As the first General Manager of doTERRA Australia, Jared established the Melbourne office and fostered the early growth of the Australia and New Zealand markets. He continued his professional career as the first General Manager of doTERRA Canada, Managing Director and Vice President of Europe, and most recently as Executive Vice President of North America. In his new role as Executive Vice President of Education, Jared has assembled a world-class team of medical professionals and doTERRA product experts which have been assigned to educate and carry the message of essential oils and foundational wellness globally.

Jared remains dedicated to the doTERRA business model and to empowering more individuals and families to take charge of their well-being through daily use of doTERRA essential oils and wellness products. Jared and his wife, Katie, have four children and together they enjoy creating new adventures (mostly in cheerleading, basketball, and baseball nowadays), experiencing new places, and growing closer together as a family.


Dell Brown

Senior Vice President of Product Development

Dell Brown leads product development and oversees vital strategic programs, including PowerMe, AI, and healthcare initiatives. With a strong foundation in business and technology, Dell plays a pivotal role in driving innovation and growth within the organization.

Dell, a multifaceted professional, holds a BS degree from Brigham Young University and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Business at Northwestern University. His journey began in management consulting, where he co-founded a market-leading firm. Since then, he has thrived in top executive roles at several direct-selling companies, where he significantly increased sales and market share, infusing his vision and leadership. Dell's entrepreneurial spirit shines through his successful ventures, including restaurants and an environmental services company.

Dell is known for his unique ability to solve complex problems through innovation. His leadership style is rooted in collaboration and team building. He is deeply passionate about helping others achieve their goals, both professionally and personally, and his dedication is sure to inspire and motivate those around him.

Dell's dedication extends beyond his professional life. He has served on numerous boards and actively supports community programs focused on youth sports, helping underserved communities, and family advocacy. His commitment to these causes makes everyone feel connected and part of a larger, meaningful cause. Dell and his wife, Kristin, are proud parents of two children and a wonderful son-in-law. Outside work, he is an accomplished home chef and an avid cyclist, hiker, and skier.


John Visser

Executive Vice President of Operations

John joined doTERRA in July 2018 as the Vice President of Global Logistics. He currently serves as Executive Vice President of Operations. Previously, he was at Walmart, Inc. for almost 19 years where he had various responsibilities, his last being Vice President of International Fresh Food Manufacturing. Among other roles, he was Vice President of International Transportation, Vice President of Walmart Central America Supply Chain, Senior Director in Global Produce Sourcing and completed expat assignments in Japan and China as well as working extensively in Latin America.

Prior to joining Walmart, John worked for a 3rd party logistics service provider and was the National Account Manager for Walmart, Inc. He managed their Laredo / El Paso offices responsible for distribution, transportation and import services in and out of Mexico.

John received his Bachelor of Arts from Brigham Young University (BYU) in Spanish Translation and his MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. He currently serves on the Global Supply Chain Advisory Board for BYU.


Boyd Blake

Chief Information Officer

Boyd Blake is a technology leader with many years of experience driving transformation and IT initiatives. At doTERRA, he leads the global IT organization which provides technology platforms and tools for our amazing Wellness Advocates and Customers.

Boyd has degrees in Computer Science and Business Administration, both from Brigham Young University (BYU). His 32 years of technology and leadership experience at Shell Oil Company, NuSkin, and doTERRA, have equipped him to lead and execute doTERRA’s technology vision and transformation into the future.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Boyd is a dedicated family man. He is married to his wife, Tamela, and they have four children and four grandchildren. He enjoys hiking, traveling, pickleball, and all things BYU sports. He is also known to make a pretty good chocolate chip cookie.


Taylor MacKay

Vice President of Strategic Sourcing

Taylor joined doTERRA in 2012, initially working in finance where he oversaw many accounting and treasury functions during the company’s early years of rapid growth. He then joined the newly established sourcing team where he spent nine years living and working in Europe and Africa helping develop doTERRA’s Co-Impact Sourcing strategy and global sourcing network.

He currently serves as the Vice President of Strategic Sourcing at doTERRA, channeling his passion for social impact strategy with an amazing team. Taylor firmly believes in the transformative power of business driven by purpose. He loves doTERRA for its commitment to making a positive difference in the world and its community of dedicated Wellness Advocates, employees, and partners working together as a force for good.

With more than 15 years of living and working in social impact sectors around the world, Taylor brings a global perspective to his role. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting, a certificate in social impact strategy, and an MBA from the University of Oxford.

Taylor and his wife Mandy have two children who love exploring our beautiful planet and its diverse cultures.


Justin Harrison

Chief Field Officer

For over 20 years, Justin has traveled the globe, educating and inspiring people to achieve better health naturally. As the first doTERRA Wellness Advocate, Justin has seen countless people transform their lives through safe and natural wellness solutions.

His journey so far has included promoting health, engaging in humanitarian efforts, fostering positive lifestyle changes, and building incredible relationships. Justin is honored to continue serving and supporting your wellness journey.


Jessica Moultrie

Chief Field Officer

Jessica is entering her thirteenth year with doTERRA, where she’s found a greater platform to teach, lead, and mentor beyond a successful corporate career. Upon discovering doTERRA essential oils, Jessica embraced the company mission. She quickly built a Presidential Diamond organization and created BTE (Best Team Ever), a supportive network of women focused on healthcare and financial empowerment.

Jessica’s leadership has produced numerous high-ranking leaders and empowered countless women to realize their potential. Now as a 2024 co-chief field officer for doTERRA, she’s leveraging her expertise to drive innovative initiatives and elevate the company’s global impact.
