Trip Qualifications

What is the qualification period?
Points begin accruing beginning March 1 through August 31, 2025.

How do I qualify for the Incentive Trip?

Which markets are eligible to participate in the Incentive trip?
This Incentive Trip is open to the Wellness Advocates with accounts in the US and Canada markets.

Points Categories

If a new member enrolls with less than 50PV, but places a second order during their enrollment month that brings the combined total to more than 50PV will I earn enrollment points?
Yes! The system will combine orders during the enrollment month to award points accordingly on personal enrollments. Similarly, for Rewards orders, if a member places more than one Rewards order in a month, then the points awarded for the Rewards order will be based on the combined total of all Rewards orders placed in each month.

If I have a 50-99PV personal enrollment order, can I earn points off a 100+PV rewards order later on?
Yes! Regardless of the initial enrollment order PV, you can earn points on subsequent Rewards orders based on the PV amount of each order.

Can Refer-a-Friend Enrollments count toward my enrollment points?
Yes. Any enrollments you receive from customers who share dōTERRA using their Refer-a-Friend link will count as your personal enrollment and will add the associated enrollment points depending on the size of the enrollment order. You are also able to earn Rewards points on any qualifying Rewards orders placed by Refer-a-Friend enrollments.

Points Calculations

How frequently will the standings be updated online?
Standings will typically be updated once a week, beginning March 2025. Visit the Points and Eligibility page of this site for more details.

How frequently will the points be updated on the Dashboard?
New enrollees will be added to the Dashboard immediately, enrollment points will be added every six hours, and bonus points on enrollments and Rewards points will appear monthly, after the commission run.

When will the winners be announced?
Winners will be announced and notified via email mid-September 2025.

Trip Details

When is the Incentive Trip?
The trip will take place in 2026 February 2–6, 2026

Where will the 2026 Incentive Trip be held?
The Incentive Trip will take place at Zemi Miches All-Inclusive Resort.

If I qualify and want my family to come, can I pay their way on the Incentive Trip?
Some purchase options will be available for additional guests. At registration, you can indicate your preferences to bring additional guests. The travel agency can tell you if your request can be accommodated. Pricing will become available as the trip nears.

Do I need a passport?
Each person attending will need a passport—valid for six months beyond the date of return.

If I don’t use all my airfare credit, can I cash out the surplus?
No. The full amount must be used toward the flight. We would recommend using any leftover credit towards flight amenities.

Will the dōTERRA Executive team be going on the Incentive Trip?
Each year, several of our Executive team members join us on the trip. You may have the chance to spend time with these team members during group meal functions, receptions, and other activities.

Registration, Gifting, & Buy-in

How do I register for the Incentive Trip?
Shortly after the winners are announced, you’ll receive an email with a link to a registration website. Fill in all the information before the deadline provided. It is important to complete your registration on time.

Can I choose a different award if I earn a spot on the Incentive Trip but am unable to attend?
No. Prizes cannot be redeemed in cash or points.

If I have won the trip by helping three personally enrolled builders earn the trip and by earning 150+ points and meeting personal qualification requirements, do I receive two trips?
No. Wellness Advocates are eligible to receive ONE Incentive Trip prize. If a you meet/achieve both criteria during the qualification period, you will only be able to redeem one prize. We will default to the prize of higher value.

Can I gift my prize to someone else?
Yes. Prizes may be gifted to whomever the winner chooses. Winners are responsible for handling the gifting of the trip and must notify dōTERRA (incentivetrip@doterra.com) before the deadlines.

Prizes can’t be redeemed for cash or points.

As always, we recommend purchasing flight insurance to ensure options for refunds are available to you if plans change.

If I’m unable to attend but don’t want to gift my prize to someone else, whom should I inform?
If you can’t attend the trip and choose not to gift your prize, please notify dōTERRA (incentivetrip@doterra.com).

If I don’t qualify for the Incentive Trip but still want to attend, can I pay my own way?
Yes. Purchase options will be available through buy-ins. Information will become available as the trip nears. Buy-in dates and registration information can be found here.

If I’m a winner of the Incentive Trip, will I be taxed on the value?
Yes. If you win and opt to attend the Incentive Trip, you’ll be taxed on the value of the trip (variable based on which place you earned). Taxes will be assessed as part of your 2026 1099 from dōTERRA.

If you win and opt to gift your trip to someone else, you’ll also be taxed on the value of the trip.

If you win and opt to decline the trip, you won’t be taxed on the value of the trip.
