Pleasant Grove Product Center—Frequently Asked Questions

How do I pick up my order at the Product Center?
Orders aren’t fulfilled until arrival. Members should check in at the main counter, where an agent will print the fulfillment area order. Agents will collect, verify, and package the receipted items for members.

If you’d like your order to be ready for pickup upon arrival, use our curbside service by texting (844) 991-1029 at least 15 minutes beforehand.

What do I need to know before I pick up my order?
You need to have photo ID to pick up orders at the Product Center. Pickups are limited to 10 orders per customer. For faster service, visit our bulk order webpage to pick up seven or more orders or orders with over 100 items total.

What are the Product Center’s pickup hours?
The Product Center’s hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The lobby is closed on Saturday, but curbside pickup is available 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The center is closed on Sundays, so plan your pickups accordingly.

How many orders can I pick up?
Pickups are limited to 10 orders per customer. For faster service, visit our bulk order webpage to pick up seven or more orders or orders with over 100 items total.

Does the Product Center accept returns?
Yes, the Product Center accepts returns Monday through Friday. The lobby is closed on Saturdays, and we can’t process returns with curbside service. You can also mail your returns to doTERRA using the instructions here.

Does the Product Center offer samples?
You can ask staff members for a sample vial if you want to test a product before purchasing.

When will the children’s play area or the Product Center spa reopen?
The children’s play area and Product Center spa have been permanently closed.

Can bulk orders be picked up?
Yes. More information about bulk orders can be found here. You can also use our curbside service to pick up a maximum of 10 orders, provided they’re under 100 items total.
