Many participants will need to leave their home city on June 8, 2025. Please carefully check your flight itinerary to make sure you arrive in Bali on June 9.

Day 1—June 9 (Arrival)

Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS)
Private transfers to the Ritz-Carlton, Bali
Hotel check-in

Most international flights will arrive late in the evening. Hotel rooms will be secured the night of June 9 for arrivals at any time.

Day 2—June 10

Welcome and doTERRA registration
Afternoon meeting
Welcome dinner at the Ritz-Carlton, Bali

Day 3—June 11

Group activity
Dinner at leisure

Day 4—June 12

Choice of cultural activities and excursions

June 14 is when our trip officially ends. Most international flights depart late in the evening. Your room is booked the night of June 14 to ensure a comfortable experience until your departure for the airport, which will be arranged by doTERRA.

Day 7 (POST PROGRAM)—June 15

Hotel checkout

If you plan to depart on June 15, please know you’ll be responsible for arranging your own transportation to the airport. Checkout from your room is required by 12:00 p.m. However, luggage storage will be available at the hotel. Additionally, you’ll have access to the hotel’s departure lounge, where you can wait until your departure for the airport or your next destination.
