Diamond Club FAQ's


Can I request any type of reimbursement?
  • No, you will receive a cash bonus. Participants who meet the monthly requirements will receive R 5 000 per month, which can be used at their discretion to cover meeting costs, incentives, personal expenses, etc.
When will I receive the cash bonus? Can I receive it if I don’t meet the requirements?
  • The cash bonus will be paid between the 15th–20th of the following month, after you have successfully completed all requirements listed on the Requirements page.
  • If you do not meet the monthly requirements, you will not receive the bonus for that month.
How do I process a Diamond Club enrolment?
  • To ensure you receive credit for enrolments and that enrolees receive the Diamond Club free product, please follow these steps:
  • 1. Select the Diamond Club Box – Tick the Diamond Club box indicating that the enrolment is part of Diamond Club.
    2. Enter Your dōTERRA ID Number – Input your unique dōTERRA ID in the designated field.
    3. Press the purple "Click to Confirm" button.
    4. If successful, a green confirmation box will appear.
    5. Complete the enrolment process as usual.
     
    Using the Link Generator tool: This will allow you to quickly set up a link you can share with those that attended your class. This link can be sent to multiple attendees at once.
    1. Select the Diamond Club Box – Tick the Diamond Club box indicating that the enrolment is part of Diamond Club.
    2. Enter Your dōTERRA ID Number – Input your dōTERRA ID in the designated field.
    3. Press the purple "Click to Confirm" button.
    4. If successful, a green confirmation box will appear.
    5. Add items to the cart
    6. Send the Generated Link to your new member
What happens if someone in my team participates in Diamond Club too?
  • As for qualification, participation, and maintenance, the same enrolment cannot count for two Diamond Club participants simultaneously. Please coordinate with your team member.
  • Credit will be given to the Diamond Club member that uses their dōTERRA ID Number used during the first step of enrolment.
Can I qualify with an enrolment outside Africa?
  • No, only enrolments within Africa count toward Diamond Club qualifications. Enrolments outside of Africa will not qualify for Diamond Club incentives or promotions.
Is there a requirement for my classes to be in a specific location?
  • You can hold classes anywhere—in-person, online, or one-on-one.
  • At least 2 of the 4 required classes per month must be in-person.
What happens if someone on my team is also participating in Diamond Club?
  • The same enrolment or class cannot count for two Diamond Club participants at the same time.
  • If multiple team members are participating, coordinate carefully to ensure that enrolments and classes are not duplicated.
Does the new enrolee need to set up an LRP (Loyalty Rewards Programme) at enrolment to receive product points?
  • No, LRP setup is not required at the time of enrolment.
  • To qualify for 25 product points, the enrolee must:
    • Set up an LRP any time after enrolment.
    • Process an LRP order of at least 100 PV in the month following enrolment.
    • 25 product points will be credited within 5 business days after their LRP order processes.
What if I forget to process an enrolment through the Diamond Club portal?
  • If the enrolment was completed more than three business days ago, email zaDiamondClub@doterra.com, and the team will investigate.
Can my sponsor be from another market outside Africa?
  • Yes, your sponsor can be from any market, as long as they are within your upline.
Why aren’t my enrolments showing on my Diamond Club website?
  • Enrolments can take up to 72 hours to appear after payment is processed.
  • If an enrolment is still missing after 72 hours, contact the Diamond Club team for assistance.
What does ‘Enroled without Promo Code’ or ‘Not Enroled’ mean?
  • This status can occur for multiple reasons:
    • The initial enrolment order failed.
    • The enrolment did not follow the correct steps for Diamond Club (see "How do I process a Diamond Club enrolment?").
    • Payment has not been received, possibly due to a banking issue.
    • The email address used for enrolment does not match the email used to log in for the class.
  • If you encounter any of these issues, email zaDiamondClub@doterra.com with the full name and dōTERRA ID of the enrolee, and the team will assist.
How long do I have to submit class attendees? What information is needed?
  • Attendees should be submitted within 3 days after the class.
  • Required details for each attendee:
    • Full Name
    • Phone Number
    • Email Address (Ensure this matches the email they will use for enrolment).
  • If an attendee uses a different email for enrolment than the one provided for the class, email zaDiamondClub@doterra.com with their full name and dōTERRA ID number to correct it.
