Loyalty Orders (LRP) are processed through membership to the Loyalty Rewards Program (LRP). These orders can earn Loyalty Points, free product and support qualification for commission (Wellness Advocates only).

How do I add products to my Loyalty Order (LRP)?

You can add products to your monthly Loyalty Order (LRP) in two ways:

  • You can edit your Loyalty Order (LRP) directly from the homepage, or by accessing it from the dropdown menu under ‘My account’.
    This option is ideal if you want to make small changes to the products or update the payment and delivery information on your Loyalty Order (LRP).
  • Alternatively, you can browse or search the website for products and simply select ‘Add to Cart’. Once you have added your products, access your cart via the icon at the top right of the page.
    This option is ideal if you want to make bulk changes to the products on your Loyalty Order (LRP) or to process a One-Time Loyalty Order to process a One-Time Loyalty Order to purchase additional products or Limited Time Offers (LTOs).

From the cart you will be able to do three things:

  • Process a One-Time Loyalty Order.
  • Add the products in your cart to your Loyalty Order (LRP).
  • Replace the current items in your Loyalty Order (LRP) with the items that are in your cart.

How do I add products to my existing Loyalty Order (LRP)?

  1. Click the purple ‘Add’ button in the Monthly Loyalty Order box.
  2. Next, click ‘Add’. 
  3. This will add all the items in your cart to your Loyalty Order (LRP). You will then be taken to your Loyalty Order (LRP). 

How do I replace the items in my Loyalty Order (LRP) with the items that are in my cart?

  1. In the ‘Monthly Loyalty Order’ box, click on the purple ‘Add’ button. 
  2. Choose the ‘Replace’ button.
  3. This will remove all the items currently in your Loyalty Order (LRP) and replace them with the items that are in your cart. You will then be taken to your Loyalty Order (LRP).

Managing products

  • You can add products to your Loyalty Order (LRP) using the search function. 
  • Or browse the product catalogue to the right of the search box.  
  • To use your Reward Points click on the toggle bar under the search box. Then, choose which products you would like to purchase using points. 
  • If applicable, applying Store Credit, also known as AR Balance, is done in the second step under your payments. 
  • When you have updated your Loyalty Order (LRP) with the products you want, click on ‘Next Step’.

Managing delivery details, payment information and processing date

  • If applicable, under payment information, you can choose to apply your Store Credit, also known as AR Balance.  
  • Once all the information on your Loyalty Order (LRP) is correct, simply choose from one of the two options.  
  • Process Now: This will process your order immediately for this month.  
  • Process on your processing date: This will save all the changes and your Loyalty Order will process on the scheduled processing date.
