Leadership Retreat 2025 | San Antonio—Frequently Asked Questions

When and where will it be held?
Leadership Retreat will be held March 3–6, 2025, in San Antonio, Texas, at the JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort & Spa.

How do I know if I’ve qualified?
There are two ways you can qualify for Leadership Retreat:

• Qualify as a Silver or above at least once between January 2024 and February 2025.
• Enroll five people with 100 PV between October 2024 and January 2025.

Can I attend virtually?
Yes! A virtual ticket gives you access to live and on-demand content, including General Sessions on March 4–6 and limited Breakout Sessions on March 5.

What are the ticket prices?

In-person pricing:

• Early Bird Pricing: $79—October 24–November 30, 2024
• Regular Pricing: $89—December 1, 2024–February 5, 2025
• Onsite Pricing: $99—February 6–March 3, 2025

Virtual pricing:

• $45—October 24, 2024–March 20, 2025

Virtual on-demand access will be available until April 10, 2025.

When does registration end?
In-person registration will conclude on March 4 at 2:30 p.m. MT. Virtual registration will conclude on March 20 at 11:59 p.m. MT.

Are hotel and flight accommodations included with my in-person ticket?
Neither accommodation is included with your ticket.

Is there a group rate at the JW Marriott for hotel rooms?
Yes! We’ve negotiated a nightly rate of $320.00 for single- and double-occupancy rooms. The hotel block is scheduled from Saturday, March 1, to Friday, March 7.

How long will virtual content be available?
Virtual on-demand access will be available until April 10, 2025.

Which payment methods are accepted for the onsite Marketplace?
We accept debit or credit cards only—no cash.

If I requested assistance with translation, where can I pick up my translation device?
You can pick up your translation device at the registration desk while it’s open on Monday, March 3, at 4:00–9:00 p.m. CT or Tuesday, March 4, at 8:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. CT.*

*Diamond+ registration will be 4:00–6:00 p.m. CT, while general registration will be 6:00–9:00 p.m. CT.

Can I order swag if I attend virtually?
Limited inventory will be available to virtual attendees at themarketplace.doterra.com.

What if I purchased an in-person ticket but now just want to attend virtually?
To downgrade to a virtual ticket, contact your account manager or email service@doterra.com. Downgrades won’t be accepted after February 5, 2025.

Can I cancel my ticket?
In-person tickets canceled between October 24, 2024, and February 5, 2025, will incur a $35 cancellation fee. Cancellations won’t be accepted after February 5, 2025.

Virtual tickets can be canceled without penalty between October 24, 2024, and March 2, 2025. Cancellations won’t be accepted after March 3, 2025.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Transfers aren’t available for Leadership Retreat this year.

How do I upgrade my virtual ticket to an in-person one?
To upgrade your virtual ticket, log into your RainFocus attendee portal. Click on “Manage Order(s)” and then “Change Package(s).” You’ll be prompted to upgrade your ticket and pay the difference.
