Where’s the hotel block?
The hotel block is at JW Marriott San Antonia Hill Country Resort & Spa. The address is 23808 Resort Parkway, San Antonio, Texas 78261.

When’s the hotel block scheduled?
The hotel block is scheduled from Saturday, March 1, to Friday, March 7.

How much is a room in the hotel block?
We’ve negotiated a nightly rate of $320.00 for single- and double-occupancy rooms.

Is there a resort fee?
Yes. There’s a special reduced resort fee of $30.00 (plus applicable tax), which will be added to the guest room rate.

What does the resort fee cover?

• Internet at the hotel
• • Enhanced in-room wireless access for up to six devices
  • Basic wireless access in public spaces and the convention center on a shared network
• Unlimited local and long-distance calls
• Two welcome drinks per stay in the Crooked Branch (gratuity not included)
• Access to the hotel fitness centers and Lantana Spa (minimum age of 17)
• Golf bag storage at TPC San Antonio
• Use of tennis and pickleball facilities, including up to four racquets (based on availability)
• Use of the sports courts, including two hours of court time—balls included
• Admission to the resort’s nine-acre River Bluffs Water Experience

When do I have to book my room?
You need to book your hotel room by Thursday, February 6.

If I drive to the resort, do I have to pay for parking?
Yes. Parking is $20.00 (reduced to $15.00 per special concessions) for self-parking and $42.00 for valet. Prices listed exclude taxes.

When do I need to check in and check out?
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. CT. Checkout time is 11:00 a.m. CT.
