Overview

NFR, meaning "Not for Resale", refers to product shipping from the US Warehouse. The product is not to be resold if it is purchased from the US warehouse. If an order is purchased from the US Warehouse it should be returned to the US Warehouse.

The table below outlines dōTERRA's Return policy.

Guidelines to return a product or order

  • Please do not refuse a package or "return to sender" as this will charge your account a $13.50 refusal/restocking fee.
  • Contact Member Services via phone, email or chat to receive approval.
  • Please include the invoice of the order you are returning in the package. List name and ID number on the outside of the return shipment.
  • Products are not classified as "marketable" if they are seasonal, discontinued limited time offers, or special promotions.
  • Products purchased with points cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Refund process

  • It can take up to two business days to process the return, once the package has been received.
  • It takes another 3-5 business days before their funds show back up on the credit card that was originally charged.
  • Please see the table above regarding the percentage that will be refunded to your credit card or to your doTERRA account.
  • Refunds will not be processed during the 13th - 15th of every month due to commissions
