We know that you love sharing experiences in person as much as we do, which is why we are thrilled to come together for some live events. The energy and passion of the doTERRA community is long-lasting! You will create precious memories, make new friends and take the experience of a live event with you.
When you register for a live or online event on Eventbrite*, you are eligible to be entered into a Prize Draw to win free doTERRA products! The Prize Draw is exclusive to those who attend an event, whether in-person or online, and the winner will be announced live. Remember, there is only one entry per participant. This entry may not be transferred or exchanged and no cash value is assigned.
*Only those who register before the given deadline will be entered into the Prize Draw. Entry deadlines and registration end times are detailed on each registration page. You must attend the event, whether in-person or online, in order to be eligible for the Prize Draw.
You can find the event location on the Eventbrite webpage. If the location is not listed, this will be updated as soon as possible. Once you register for an event, you will receive a confirmation email stating the location and further details.
You can update your details, including the name on your ticket, via your Eventbrite account. Alternatively, email us at euevents@doterra.com with your full name, email address and doTERRA ID and we will update these details for you. Please note that we check-in attendees based on their unique Eventbrite QR codes, so name changes are usually not needed.

All the information above is required for you to claim your prize. All prizes must be claimed within 48 hours after the event ends. Once we have received your information, your prize will be processed within two weeks (delivery times may vary), and you will receive confirmation from us as soon as this is done.

If your ticket purchase includes a free gift, this will be stated in the Eventbrite event description.
If the ticket to your event includes a free gift, these are only available for collection in-person during check-in; free gifts cannot be shipped to your home address. If a team member is attending the same event, you can provide them with your QR code to check-in on your behalf and they can collect your free gift for you.
In-person events are not recorded by doTERRA, but may be photographed. Online events may be recorded and screenshots may be taken. Please note that by attending an event, you recognise that your image may be captured.
For in-person events, maximum capacities are set according to the health and safety regulations of the venue, so unless changes are made by the venue, capacities will not be increased. As there is no waiting list, be sure to check Eventbrite regularly as some tickets may be available if someone has their ticket refunded – this will not be communicated.
Refunds can be processed up to 24 hours before the start of the event, subject to varying refund policies. Kindly note that no refunds will be issued during or after the event. To initiate a refund for your ticket, please make the request through your Eventbrite account. If you encounter any challenges, email us at euevents@doterra.com, providing your ticket information as soon as possible.
If you are late to the in-person event, you can still attend as check-in will remain open. If you need to leave the event early, we kindly ask that you respect speakers and other attendees and exit discreetly.
Links to attend online events will be sent out the day before the event starts. When available, links to online events are provided at the bottom of confirmation emails.
As these are business events, we do not recommend children attend. If there is no alternative, children over the age of 5 years require a ticket. Children under the age of 5 years are able to attend for free.

Some forms of debit cards may not be accepted by Eventbrite. Unfortunately, we do not have control over this payment process and are unable to process any payments on your behalf. We recommend that you try an alternative payment card on Eventbrite, arrange the payment with a friend, or get in contact with Eventbrite support directly using this link.
We cannot accept cash payments at the door and no exceptions will be made.
